Chief Executive Officer
Marcia Mintz has more than 20 years of global and national corporate and nonprofit experience. Most recently, she served as President of John C. Lincoln Health Foundation and Senior Vice President of community benefit programs and services of HonorHealth.
Ms. Mintz has served as the chief development officer of Valley of the Sun United Way. Prior to that, she worked in the Bay Area creating corporate and individual partnerships for a nonprofit multi-use residential and recreational campus and eight years in global program development. She has worked and lived in Latin America, Cuba, Europe and the former Soviet Union.
She was named one of AZ Business magazine’s 50 Most Influential Women in Arizona Business in 2014 and a Woman Who Moves the Valley 2012 by Arizona Foothills magazine.
Ms. Mintz earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Management and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University’s Tisch School of Arts.
Kim Madrigal, Ph.D.
Chief Operating Officer
Kim Madrigal, Chief Operating Officer, oversees the growth and quality of programs, training and new initiatives across the organization. She also ensures that safety is a top priority in Clubs. Over the years, Madrigal has traveled the nation and trained thousands of Club staff members and trainers to deliver an Optimal Club Experience. Certified in a number of youth development and organizational development tools, she’s led the training and professional development as well and program training for youth and teens for one of the largest youth serving organizations in the country, Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Madrigal continues to teach at Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, NC.
Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Business Operations
Swati Webb, Chief Financial Officer, ensures fiscal stability and long-range sustainability for BGCMP’s Clubs and programs through strategic leadership and direct oversight of all financial, technology, human resources and facilities functions. She also acts as the staff liaison to the Finance and Budget Committees of the Board of Directors as well as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix Foundation, which manages the endowment funds for the organization.
Vice President of Human Resources
Amy Finley leads the Human Resources team for Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix. She has implemented a number of new policies and procedures to help improve the HR function and has brought national and local training opportunities to the Program Services and Club staff members. She provides oversight and hands-on administration of all functional areas of HR including: Compliance, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management and HRIS systems. Most recently, Amy worked at John C. Lincoln as a Human Resources Consultant. She earned her degree from University of Arizona.
Chief Development Officer
John Scola serves as a key member of the Senior Management Team, working closely with the CEO on BGCMP’s long-term development goals. He leads a team of resource development professionals who implement annual giving, major gifts, special events and gift planning for the organization. A seasoned Phoenix professional, John has worked with some of the Valley’s most prestigious organizations, including Phoenix Rescue Mission and the Catholic Community Foundation. He is also a sought after speaker and educator for the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. He holds a bachelors from University of Dallas. In his free time, John can be found on the ice playing hockey!
Cassidy Campana, APR
Director of Marketing & Communications
Cassidy leads the marketing and communications initiatives for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix. She has worked in the Arizona market for more than 25 years as a public/community relations, marketing and political consultant. Cassidy’s experience includes: community engagement, CSR, and social change campaigns. Cassidy also leads the ASU Lodestar Center’s American Express Leadership Academy, a leadership development program for 30+ nonprofit executives. She currently serves on the board of the Mesa Arts Center Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University.
