Volunteers Make All The Difference
You can change the lives of our children by volunteering at a Club. Teams, individuals, adults, and teens can all find meaningful and fun ways to engage with our members in a wide variety of volunteer programs. Volunteers can utilize their skills to support the organization or you can come and enjoy volunteering at a special event.
Our Clubs rely on the expertise of our volunteers, and their care of our members to deliver our high-quality programs. Every year, more than 1,600 volunteers serve in our 16 Valley Clubs and we welcome your help! We look forward to you joining our BGCMP volunteer team!
Whether you're an adult, teen or group/team, or looking for service learning and work-study opportunities, BGCMP can even create a special service program just for you!
Volunteering your time can make a real difference in a young person’s life as well as your own. To learn more about how you can make an impact, please contact our Volunteer Services Manager.
Each year the BGCMP holds a variety of fundraising events ranging from third-party fundraisers to entertainment and dining experiences. Become an integral part of the process by signing up to volunteer. Visit our Friends of Boys & Girls Clubs page to learn more.
CONNECT, a volunteer group for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix, is committed to providing support to the BGCMP and the thousands of kids they serve. BGCMP has proudly earned the Service Enterprise certification through Points of Light and recognized by the Governor’s Office of Youth, Faith and Family. The Service Enterprise Initiative is a program that helps organizations better serve their missions through the power of volunteers. Organizations participate in a comprehensive assessment, training, coaching, and certification model.
